Raed Salah — Pharmacist and Technical Director

Raed Salah has more than three decades of experience in pharmaceutical quality, research, and regulatory affairs. He is Technical Director and a partner at Goodness Care, where he oversees product development, quality, and regulatory compliance.

His career spans senior technical roles across pharmaceutical manufacturing and research, including the preparation and submission of over 150 regulatory dossiers in CTD format and securing marketing authorization for more than 20 products across several markets. He has led the implementation of Quality Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance, and ISO 17025 laboratory accreditation — including serving as team leader for the first pharmaceutical contract research organization in the region to obtain ISO 17025 accreditation. His work has also included CE certification for medical devices and the development and delivery of professional training in pharmaceutical analysis, quality control, and regulatory documentation.
